Really nice host, very friendly, allowed us to check in after 10 pm! Nice and comfortable beds and a spacious room. Everything we needed was provided (AC, towels, breakfast), and we could park our car right outside the room. Overall a nice experience. Edit: Stayed another night, review stays the same. Great value, nice host.
You get what you pay for. Very nice for a short stay before exploring the Islands. Breakfast is good. They also offered free parking after I checked out so I can stroll the town without being worry about the parking fee.

Spent a silent night there. Bathroom is clean, microwave and refrigerator are also clean. Boss is friendly. Good price comparing with almost all other hotels in town. Next time I'll still choose this little inexpensive clean hotel again, as long as it maintains the same low price, why not?
Very affordable option to spend the night if you’re travelling by. Friendly staff, clean and comfy room, quiet place, even offers breakfast. Lots of people giving bad reviews because the “place is old” or “breakfast could be better”… well if they want to pay $300 on a big hotel they will get that… you get what you pay for and this place delivers exactly what you pay for.. maybe more!
GREAT OWNER !! very nice stopped for directions, owner was so nice we decided to stay there. coffee (very good, with real cream) & continental breakfast (yogurt, muffins, fruit) included
Very friendly and neat motel. had a great time staying here. Owner was very nice and guided us for our trip in gananoque.
No frills, kinda run-down with comfortable enough beds BUT good location, clean sheets, kind service, impressive continental breakfast with ok coffee, and probably the cheapest room in town ($129 with tax). Very practical for cyclists, they have no problem with bikes inside the room.
